We take the protection of our members data seriously and will only use your personal information for club administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership. Records for each member are kept by the Membership Secretary . All Committee members will also have access to members' contact details as will members organising outings.
Under no circumstances will members records be used for purposes other than those connected to the legitimate activities of CSGGA. We will never share or sell your data without your prior permission.
As a small, not for profit club we are not required to register for GDPR or pay a fee to the Information Commissioners Office.
When you sign up for membership with us, you may provide us with or we may obtain personal information about you, such as information regarding your
personal contact details that allows us to contact you directly such as name, title, address, email addresses and telephone numbers;
Family members connected to your membership;
Current and historic membership details including membership type, start and end date;
Any club or committee connections;
records of your interactions with us such as telephone conversations, emails and other correspondence and your instructions to us;
Payment details in connection with payment of your fees or your attendance at any events hosted by us;
records of your attendance at any events hosted or organised by us;
your preferences for how you wish to receive the newsletter.

For holidays only - date of birth, holiday insurance cover, medical conditions and disabilities.
These details will only be used for that event and will not be retained by CSGGA afterwards.
